Prices, Taxes & Currency

We charge a flat rate of $11 per order for standard delivery anywhere within the U.S.

Product Condition
All products are inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, Totela is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, public holidays, carrier delays).
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order. Totela is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Address Modification
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact support@totela.store as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for shipment.
To request a cancellation, contact our support team promptly at support@totela.store. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

Lost or Damaged Packages
