This Payment Policy explains how Totela processes, verifies, and secures payments for all orders placed on totela
It should be reviewed together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy.

Accepted Payment Methods

Totela processes all payments through Stripe, a secure and PCI-compliant payment gateway.

We currently accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB Apple Pay & Google Pay (depending on device/browser)If a method is not shown at checkout, it is not available for that order.
Cash, checks, money orders, wire transfers, and COD payments are not accepted. Totela does not store full card details at any time.

Currency & Pricing

All prices on Totela are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.
State and local taxes are automatically calculated at checkout.
The total shown at checkout is the final amount payable no hidden charges.

Payment Authorization & Capture

 Your payment method is authorized and captured instantly upon completing checkout.
 If a transaction fails due to banking restrictions, invalid details, AVS mismatch, or insufficient funds, the order may be automatically cancelled. You may attempt checkout again with a valid payment method.
Orders generally begin processing the same day or within 1 business day (maximum 2 business days). Cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00).

Subscription, Recurring, or Deferred Purchases

Totela does not offer subscriptions, recurring billing, installment payments, or auto-renewal plans.
All orders are processed as one-time purchases.

Security of Payments

All checkout pages are protected with industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure your information remains secure during every transaction.
Sensitive payment details are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. No card information is stored on Totela’s servers at any time.
Advanced fraud-prevention systems continuously monitor transactions. If unusual or high-risk activity is detected, orders may be placed on hold, declined, or cancelled to protect our customers.

Taxes

Tax is calculated automatically based on applicable U.S. laws and your shipping address.
The tax amount will be shown clearly in your order confirmation and receipt.

Order Review & Limits

Totela may limit, refuse, or cancel orders that:
Contain incorrect or unverifiable information
Show signs of fraud or unauthorized activity
Contain excessive quantities
Fail payment verification
If an order is adjusted or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Refunds & Reversals

If a refund is approved under our Refund & Returns Policy, it will be issued only to the original payment method.
Refunds begin processing once your return is received and inspected.
After approval:
Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days
Some banks may require up to 12 business days to post the credit
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law or due to a totela error
Any third-party processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless legally required
Failed transactions do not result in charges.
If your bank shows a temporary authorization, it will automatically release according to your bank’s timeline.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank or card account
  2. Contact your card issuer regarding posting times
  3. If still unresolved, reach us at support@totela.store

Chargebacks & Disputes

Please reach out to Totela before filing a chargeback, as most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
If a chargeback is filed, future ordering may be temporarily suspended until the dispute is completed.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing and contact information.
Orders may be delayed if information cannot be verified.
